How long have you been in business?
Atlantic Laser was incorporated in the State of Florida in 1992.
What is your primary product or service?
We began by building compatible toner cartridges for laser printers and fax machines. We then began our service division to assist our clients with their printer and fax machine issues. We now carry a full line of office supplies, janitorial supplies and sell and service office equipment.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Because of the background and extensive training of our technicians, we are the "go to" company for all printer and fax machine repairs and servicing. Our customer service team have had extensive training to help diagnose service issues and to assist our clients in locating just the right office products they need to help get the job done right.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location, but several distribution warehouses throughout the country.
What type of payments do you accept?
We offer terms to qualified companies, accept credit cards, checks and cash.
Which areas do you service?
We provide laser & ink printer, fax, multi-function & plotter repairs and service to Duval, Clay, St. Johns and Nassau counties. With our distribution warehouses, we provide office products to clients throughout the U. S.
What are your hours of operation?
Hours of operation are 9-4:30, Monday-Friday.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We strive to exceed our customers expectations. A customer letting us know our service was excellent would be the best compliment.
