How long have you been in business?
I have been marketing as a small business owner since 2009. My successful marketing tactics helped to grow my business to the extent that my colleagues were asking for advice about how to get customers. As a result, I decided to focus on helping small businesses attract clients and opened Encore Perception Marketing in 2012. My main focus now is social media marketing and optimized online content writing.
What is your primary product or service?
We turn browsers into buyers through our social media marketing services and online content writing. These services include: setting up social accounts ; creating business profiles; creating social media ads; creating and scheduling posts; social media analytics.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always excelled in sales. Having been a former real estate agent,and recruiter for a government agency, as well as a small business owner, I have learned many sales strategies which I pass on to my clients. Many of my colleagues would comment on my marketing aptitude and this encouraged me to finally realize my passion - marketing.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
1. I have been a first-time small business owner so I know the challenges of growing a small business. 2. I have a degree in English education and have studied copywriting - how to write ads that sell. 3. I am a certified social media marketing manager and have been successful in gaining brand recognition for my clients that results in sales. 4. I am a certified Inbound Marketing Specialist and create content for each stage of the buying cycle.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At the present time, I have a home office to keep overhead down so my prices are affordable.

Business is conducted at various local locations convenient to the client. I can also skype or conference call customers who live in other states.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards

We service small business owners nationwide as well as Canada.

I, Mary Habres, own and operate the company

Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
