How long have you been in business?
We have been serving Jacksonville since 2006! Over 10 years in the Fitness industry, we love seeing the change and benefit exercise has on woman.
What is your primary product or service?
We are an all ladies gym, we specialize in awesome fun and unique classes. We also do private bachelorette and birthday parties.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We both have always loved fitness and the opportunity came to open an all ladies gym we took the risk and went for it. The second part of our business came later and is now a very important part of inShape. Parties are empowering, fun, and a memory ladies never forget.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We take pride in our Quality of our classes. We take fitness to a whole new level adding fun and experience in the mix.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and we plan on expanding our parties this year.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are on Craven road between Sunbeam and Baymeadows.
What type of payments do you accept?
all types of payments are excepted.
Which areas do you service?
We service all of metropolitan Jacksonville, plus beaches and orange park....Ladies come from all over to our Studio.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Clara Leblanc and Sandy Salem.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday 7-12 and 3-8 Saturday 9-12 Parties are scheduled at the customers request.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
It's over? That was so much fun!
