I grew up in the restaurant business: both my parents and grand-parents were restaurateurs. With this background, I naturally developed a passion for cooking and entertaining. “I started out cooking and planning special occasions for family and friends and it was them who encouraged me to turn my passion into a business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
It is this passion for entertaining that I brings to each of Mai Oui! Gourmet’s catering engagements such as Wedding Catering and Corporate Event Catering.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Jacksonville area, including Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine, and Amelia Island.
